Pond Summit 2 was held on September 6, 2023 and issues discussed included the results of the Falmouth pond and streams survey conducted during winter 2022 and summer 2023.  A Falmouth Pond Atlas is in production that includes all of the findings from the Pond Survey and will be posted here when it is completed.

Old Ladies Against Underwater Garbage (OLAUG) have tripled their membership and are now able to retrieve trash from more ponds on Cape Cod.  The group has also attracted a a lot of media attention, including interviews with the Weather Channel and Readers Digest. They have also been recognized by the Massachusetts Red Cross with the first ever Climate Resilience Hero Award to be presented at the Heroes’ breakfast in Boston during April 2024.
